Breakout Learning has introduced three new executives to its team: Will Minton as Chief Marketing Officer, Micah Chambers-Goldberg as Executive Creative Director, and Jon Small as General Manager of Business School Programs. Minton and Small will report directly to CEO Ramit Varma, while Chambers-Goldberg will report to Chief Content Officer Steven Walters.

Minton brings over 25 years of marketing and communications experience in consumer goods, foodservice, and entertainment industries to Breakout Learning. As CMO, he will be responsible for overseeing the company's corporate narrative and marketing efforts. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Advantage Solutions, which Ad Age has ranked as the No. 1 Promotion and Experiential Marketing Agency Network in the United States for 10 consecutive years. Prior to that, he led key marketing initiatives at Taco Bell, including the creation of Mountain Dew Baja Blast, the first chain-exclusive soft drink in the quick-service restaurant industry, and expanding the brand into breakfast.

Chambers-Goldberg has assumed the role of Executive Creative Director, where he will oversee all aspects of visual storytelling and dynamics across Breakout Learning's portfolio of learning experiences. With more than two decades of creative experience, his work has included designing toys, illustrating children's books, and directing animation. His clientele has ranged from artists like Eric Clapton to beloved worldwide consumer brands such as Coca-Cola. Before joining Breakout Learning, Chambers-Goldberg worked with Varma as the Executive Creative Director at Revolution Prep, where he played a pivotal role in developing a math adventure program for grade school kids.

Jon Small has been appointed as the General Manager of Business School Programs, where his responsibilities will include overseeing the sales and implementation of the company's inaugural product offering: a reinvented case-study method for business education. Over the last two decades, he has held key positions at leading education technology products and services companies, including Varsity Tutors, where he successfully launched, operated, and scaled several multi-million dollar businesses, including a suite of College Admissions solutions and institutional products for K-12, Higher Ed, and Enterprise. Prior to that, he served in executive roles in program management and business development at Kaplan and several startups in the graduate preparation space, including Veritas Prep, with a focus on MBA applicants.

CEO Ramit Varma expressed his enthusiasm for the new additions to the leadership team, stating, "I couldn't be more excited to strengthen our leadership team with these three executives, each of whom brings unique and valuable expertise. With Will's insights-based approach to building effective marketing and communications, Micah's unmatched ability to use visual storytelling and dynamic design to create engaging and impactful learning experiences, and Jon's history of bringing educational technology products to market, we are better positioned to fulfill our mission of harnessing transformative AI technology to reintroduce discussion-based learning, empowering instructors, and inspiring students."
